Qatar Airways has returned to the skies over Venice with daily flights from Doha, adding to its existing flights to Milan Malpensa and Rome Fiumicino.
“Italy is a key market for us”
"We resumed our daily service to Venice at the start of the summer season," said Thierry Antinori, chief commercial officer, Qatar Airways. "Italy is a key market for us and we are committed to providing our passengers with more travel opportunities and seamless connections to explore this country and to enable Italian travellers to easily reach destinations in our network.
Qatar‘s network includes Bangkok, the Maldives, Phuket and Bali
“In addition to Venice, Qatar Airways already serves two other major Italian cities, Rome and Milan. These flights have been incredibly popular with our passengers and we are excited to expand our Italian offering to include Venice, through our Doha hub, Hamad International Airport. Venice is a much sought-after destination, captivating travellers from Doha; from Marco Polo. Italian travellers also have the opportunity to reach multiple destinations served by the Qatari airline, including Bangkok, the Maldives, Phuket and Bali.
“An airline that is fundamental to our long-haul network”
