Aosta, 30 - 00182 Rome (RM), Italy, in the person of its legal representative p.t. (hereinafter, "Data Controller"), as Data Controller of personal data pursuant to Article 1 of Legislative Decree No. 196 of June 30, 2003 - Privacy Code (hereinafter, "Code") and Articles 4, no. 7, and 24 of the EU Regulation 2016/679 of April 27, 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data (hereinafter, "Regulation") makes this disclosure with request for consent to send newsletters pursuant to art. 14 GDPR

You need JavaScript enabled to view it. to which you have given consent to the transfer for "permission marketing" activities

1. Object of the treatment

The data processed are: e-mail addresses, addressesand in some cases telephone/fax numbers of the company, company name. 

2. Purpose of the treatment and legal basis

Also pursuant to Article 14 n.4 GDPR, we inform you that the data will be processed lawfully, fairly and with the utmost confidentiality, in compliance with the appropriate security measures as provided by the Code and the Regulations. Your data is not subject to any automated decision-making process, including profiling, and will not be subject to public dissemination.

NEWSLETTER AND BUSINESS INFORMATION: the legal basis is normally found in the consent of the person concerned and the purpose is to send you our newsletters. 

3. Treatment modalities

The Data Controller will process personal data for the time necessary to fulfil the above purposes and in any case for a period of 5 years from the last communication sent. It is always possible to exercise the opt-out. 

4. Communication of data

The data may be communicated to all those subjects whose communication is required by law for the fulfillment of the purposes provided for by law.

For the management of the activities, the company avails itself of collaborators and tools provided by third party companies, all duly appointed as data processors. The list is available at the head office.

Pursuant to the recital Article no.48, the Owner will also communicate the data to other companies connected to the same owner, and in particular to the editorial licensee Network & ComunicationSrl(owner of the Italian magazine TravelQuotidiano) for internal administrative purposes.

5. Storage and Data Transfer

The management and storage of personal data will take place on servers located within the European Union belonging to the owner and / or to third party companies and duly appointed as data processors. Currently the servers are located in Europe. For the sending of thenewsletters, the Data Controller informs that it has decided to make use of a company that exports the data to countries outside the EU, the data are located in the USA and the standard contract clauses have been stipulated.

6. Rights of the interested party

The user, in his capacity as the interested party, has rights under Art. 15 of the Regulation and precisely:

1. The interested party has the right to obtain confirmation of the existence or not of personal data concerning him, even if not yet recorded, and their communication in intelligible form. 

2. The interested party has the right to obtain the indication of 

(a) the origin of the personal data; 

b) the purposes and methods of processing 

c) the logic applied in the case of treatment with the aid of electronic instruments; 

d) the identity of the owner, managers and representative; 

e) the subjects or categories of subjects to whom the personal data may be communicated or who can learn about them as an appointed representative in the state, managers or agents. 

3. The interested party has the right to obtain:

a) the updating, rectification or, when interested, integration of data; 

b) the cancellation, transformation into anonymous form or blocking of data processed unlawfully, including data whose retention is unnecessary for the purposes for which the data were collected or subsequently processed; 

c) certification to the effect that the operations as per letters a) and b) have been notified, also as related to their content, to the entities to whom or which the data were communicated or disseminated, unless this requirement proves impossible or involves a manifestly disproportionate effort compared with the right that is to be protected. 

4. The interested party has the right to oppose, in whole or in part;

a) for legitimate reasons to the processing of personal data concerning him, even if pertinent to the purpose of collection; 

b) to the processing of personal data concerning him/her for the pursuit of purposes not covered by art. 2.

Also pursuant to Articles 15 et seq. of the GDPR, the interested party has the right to request at any time, access to his personal data, the rectification or erasure of the same, the limitation of processing in the cases provided for by Article 18 of the GDPR, obtain in a structured format, commonly used and machine-readable data concerning him, in the cases provided for by Article 20 of the GDPR. At any time, the data subject may revoke the consent given, pursuant to art. 7 of the GDPR; lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority pursuant to art. 77 of the GDPR should he/she consider that the processing of his/her data is contrary to the legislation in force.

The interested party may formulate a request to oppose the processing of his personal data pursuant to Article 21 of the GDPR providingevidence of the reasons justifying the opposition: the Owner reserves the right to evaluate the request, which would not be accepted in thecase of the existence of compelling legitimate reasons to proceed with the processing that prevail over the interests, rights and freedoms of the user.
