The expansion of the San Domenico Hotels group continues with the management of the Rosa Marina Resort in Ostuni, in the southern Puglia region.
The property is part of the Marseglia Group
The hotel company headed by the Melpignano family has in fact just signed a management contract for the management of the Rosa Marina Resort in Ostuni in Puglia, owned by Monopoli-based Italiana Alimenti, in turn part of the Marseglia group, world leader in the processing and marketing of vegetable oils.
The 4-star with 248 rooms will open next Spring
The resort is a four-star hotel with 248 rooms, spread over a property of some10 hectares. Before its reopening, scheduled for next spring, the complex will undergo renovations, with the aim of repositioning upwards. The number of rooms will be reduced accordingly, in order to increase the average square footage. The works will be carried out by Italiana Alimenti itself, which besides the Rosa Marina also owns a supermarket in Bari and a cinema in Andria.
