The Quark Hotel Milano is to open on April 1st after renovations, offering leisure, long-stay, and city breaks to business and MICE travellers.
Designed for families as well as hybrid and long stays
The 4-star urban retreat, built on the foundations of the hotel of the same name, will reopen on April 1 after a two-year renovation. The project is managed by Aries Group, which is assisted by the CaberlonCaroppi architecture studio for the interior design and starred chef Andrea Ribaldone. Located in via Lampedusa, in the heart of the Vigentino district, a stone's throw from the Bocconi and Iulm universities, and a few minutes from the Prada Foundation, the Quark Hotel Milano will have 283 rooms, including 12 apartment family suites on 70 sqm, and 52 rooms on the Studios' Floor, designed for hybrid and long stays.
A congress centre with 42 meeting rooms
Morbido, a casual dining restaurant, an events hall, lobby bar, and a Grab&Go will round out the Quark Hotel Milano’s gastronomic facilities which will be helmed by Chef Ribaldone. There will also be a three-level congress centre on a total area of 6,200 sqm and 42 meeting rooms, including two plenary rooms of 800 and 1,450 sqm, the latter able to accommodate over 1,500 people. There is also a 700-space outdoor parking and a garage for 200 cars.
The same group manages the Villa Pamphili in Rome
Colliers Global Investors Italy, an independent asset management firm focused on the establishment and management of alternative real estate investment funds, owns the Quark Hotel Milano. It is managed by Aries Group, which also manages the Villa Pamphili hotel in Rome, the Living Place Hotel Bologna, and the Ripamonti Residence & Hotel Milano, for a total of 1,640 rooms.
