Arenaways’ Flytrain: bus service from Savigliano to Cuneo Airport

By Friday, 10 July 2026 14:52

The new shuttle bus service from Arenaways' Flytrain to Cuneo Airport, will provide a direct link from passenger trains at Savigliano station.

Starting on 13 July

In fact for all flights departing from and arriving at Cuneo Airport, the bus service will will be operational from Monday 13 July. Flytrain is a service “powered by Arenaways”, meaning it operates with the same principles as the Cuneo–Saluzzo–Savigliano service: innovation, quality and customer care Savigliano station will thus become the centre of a fully-fledged passenger hub where trains and planes will converge, with services and flights enabling both inbound and outbound travellers to make use of the extremely convenient Cuneo airport, without necessarily having to use a car.

Also trains from Turin and Liguria

One of the Flytrain’s key features is that it is designed to serve the airport: running well in advance of all departing flights and closely following all arriving ones. The optimisation of the timetables (which will always be up to date and available on the Arenaways.it website) is also calculated on the basis of rail traffic converging on Savigliano, including both the Cuneo–Saluzzo–Savigliano line and trains to and from Turin and Liguria.

Tickets online and through the call centre

A Flytrain ticket will cost 7 euros and can be purchased as a single journey from the station to the airport or as a combined ticket with the Arenaways train to and from all stations served by the LFS Cuneo–Saluzzo–Savigliano line. To ensure the service runs as efficiently as possible, travellers need to book a seat at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time of their chosen journey, subject to availability. Flytrain tickets can only be purchased online at Arenaways.it or by telephone via the Arenaways Risponde call centre.

"Promoting more integrated and sustainable transport"

“Connecting Cuneo Airport to the rail network via an intermodal service is a crucial step towards making the airport more accessible and better connected to the region we serve with our flights. We are particularly pleased with the partnership we have established with Arenaways and the launch of the Flytrain service as the new shuttle will enable more people to reach the airport comfortably, promoting more integrated and sustainable transport,” said Paolo Merlo, Cuneo Airport's chairman and chief executive."

"An opportunity for constant and progressive growth"

“The return of the train encourages the development of new businesses and creates opportunities that go beyond mere transport along the railway line. The Flytrain service, which was created in response to the needs of Cuneo Airport shows once again that our approach to passenger service is not merely a means of connecting point A to point B, but an opportunity for constant and progressive growth,” added Matteo Arena, Arenaways' managing director.
