The Limehome group, is doubling its presence in the Lombard capital with 18 serviced apartments located, near Lambro Park and on the M2 line.
Two skyscrapers and a three-storey-building
The Park Towers, an innovative new building complex in Via Privata Ruggero, is a project designed by Milanese architect Paolo Asti, and consists of two skyscrapers with 23 and 16 floors as well as a three-storey building, all set in green surroundings.
Two-room apartments, and 16 with terraces
Limehome is part of this development and is renting the third three-storey building. It was inaugurated in 2023 and had an occupancy rate of 97.4% in 2024.
