Lindbergh Hotels launches the Homie Hotel its new digitalized property in Rimini for smart stays on the Romagna Riviera.

Lindbergh Hotels’ first hotel in Emilia Romagna

Lindbergh Hotels, the hotel group founded by Nardo Filippetti, has launched a new landmark in Rimini: Homie Hotel, an innovative hotel that transforms the traditional idea of accommodation into a tailor-made and highly digitalized experience. This is Lindbergh Hotel’s first property in Emilia Romagna and joins the group’s other Italian hotels.

Using the Homie app guests can choose and pay for their room

The Homie Hotel is located in a strategic position, in Marina Centro, just three minutes from the sea and the Rimini Sea Park – Rimini’s seafront redevelopment project - and it aims to become a new benchmark for the entire Romagna Riviera, one of the most popular destinations during the summer holidays with both Italian and international tourists. The Homie Hotel differs from properties already present in the area in that it brings a new concept of hospitality that is both digitalized and innovative. Before arriving at the hotel, and having downloaded the Homie app, guests can select and book the type of room they prefer and pay for their stay directly through the app. And once they arrive at the hotel, they will no longer have to go through reception, but will be able to access the hotel using a digital key.

Sky TV and a breakfast basket

The property has 41 rooms in Scandinavian and Danish style, featuring premium-quality mattresses that have been chosen to guarantee an excellent quality of sleep while the bathrooms feature large and spacious showers. The TVs have Sky subscriptions, allowing guests to enjoy moments of relaxation and the Homie also offers an innovative breakfast experience, thanks to the Homie Breakfast Box, a breakfast basket with sweet and savoury products and orange juice. In the public area there is a large co-living and co-working area, open to everyone, not just hotel guests, where Rimini residents and tourists in town can work using the fast and efficient connection, socialize and enjoy a coffee break thanks to the Starbucks coffee stations and food vending machines.

Aiming for business guests in Rimini for trade fairs

Homie's objective is also to intercept a business clientele, which when travelling is increasingly attentive to detail and comfort, and which seeks a minimalist but highly efficient stay, which is why Homie will be open all year.  The major trade fairs held in Rimini all year round make it an ever-active city and Homie will capture the attention of business travellers. “We are very proud of Homie,- says Nardo Filippetti, president of Lindbergh Hotels.-This new entry introduces a new product line for us, which is based on the total digitization of services. We live in an ever-changing world, every day is a challenge for us, and so here we are with Homie to offer the market a product with excellent features at a super-competitive price, given the very high quality of the services it offers.”
