Líbere Hospitality Group doubles its presence in the Italian market with 51 new serviced apartments in Via Vincenzo Monti, in the heart of Milan.
The building will have five penthouses
The project follows the inauguration of another residential building consisting of 17 apartments, also in Milan, but in the Dergano area. The Via Monti property, which will be the largest building dedicated to serviced apartments in Italy, has 51 residential units, including five penthouses.
LHG will have a total of 68 services apartments in Milan
The two- and three-room apartments will be available by autumn 2026, following renovations to convert part of the space, currently used for offices or commercial premises, into residential units and to integrate the design and home automation features that distinguish the Líbere brand, which offers upscale accommodation solutions to international tourists and professionals. Upon completion of the renovation, LHG's Milan portfolio will reach a total of 68 serviced apartments, distributed in two strategic locations in the city and aimed at different target markets.
“Milan is a benchmark for innovative hospitality and international mobility”
“Milan is central to our strategy, and this second transaction, which we have completed with the support of Abitare Commercial (AbitareCo Group) demonstrates this objective. We are determined to offer our customers a unique experience in a city that continues to grow and is an absolute benchmark for innovative hospitality and international mobility,” said Niccolò Pravettoni, head of business development at LHG Italia. The leading Spanish hybrid hospitality group aims to position itself as a leader in alternative accommodation in Italy and plans to double its global turnover this year to €35 million.
