easyJet is to introduce new direct flights from Georgia to Milan-Malpensa in 2025.
easyJet’s debut in Georgia
easyJet will make its debut in Georgia and, from 1 April 2025, will offer travellers the only connection available between Tbilisi Shota Rustaveli International Airport and Milan Malpensa. The flights, which are now on sale, will be operated twice a week, on Tuesdays and Saturdays.
“From our Malpensa base, we now operate 71 routes”
"With the new flight from Tbilisi, we further expand our offer from Malpensa, where we are the main carrier with 22 planes based, - says Lorenzo Lagorio, easyJet Italy country manager. -Thanks to this new connection to the heart of the Caucasus, we are happy to offer our passengers for the first time the chance to discover Georgia with a direct flight from Malpensa airport starting next spring. From our Malpensa base, we now operate 71 routes to 22 countries, and this new service further consolidates our presence at the airport, from which we have already announced six new connections for the winter season that has just started.”
