Turin Airport has rolled out a new currency exchange service thanks to Change Italia Srl.
Attention to customer care
This is the latest example of the airport’s attention to customer care, in collaboration with Change Italia Srl. Passengers at Turin Airport can now conveniently exchange foreign currency within the airport, before the departure or arrival of their flight.
Reserving foreign currency in advance
At the new money exchange service, located in the check-in area at the ticket desk on the departure level of the Terminal, passengers can buy or sell foreign currency without any commission or other costs at competitive exchange rates. What’s more a few days before departure it is possible to reserve foreign currency through the dedicated portal, a quick and easy way to complete the currency exchange.
Turin is the “Airport with the Most Dedicated Staff in Europe”
For the second year in a row Torino Airport's customer focus has been rewarded with the “Airport with the Most Dedicated Staff in Europe” award. As part of the ASQ-Airport Service Quality Awards presented by the airport association ACI World, Torino Airport was honoured with this award, which acknowledges the dedication of airport staff in serving passengers' needs.
