The hotel has 114 elegantly designed rooms and suites, an Acquapura Spa wellness area and a rooftop restaurant with a terrace with city views on the top floor. The exterior is by David Chipperfield Architects, who designed the hotel along the lines of an architectural aesthetic based on linearity, transparency and sober neutral tones. The Japanese izakaya-style sharing formula
The Mochi Sushi.Grill.Rooftop Bar, located on the sixth floor of the Falkensteiner Hotel Bozen Waltherpark, is the first restaurant of the famous Viennese brand in South Tyrol. The concept is inspired by the Japanese culture of izakaya, with creative dishes - such as sushi, sashimi, robatayaki, karaage or tapas - served according to the sharing formula, and accompanied by a curated selection of wines, sake and gin.
