The Belstay Roma Aurelia hotel celebrated its official inauguration exactly one year after commencing operations, an opportunity to showcase the hotel's achievements and its identity as a leisure destination. The Belstay chain has three other properties in Venice Mestre, Milan Linate, and Milan Assago.

“The hotel has succeeded in achieving an excellent turnover. Our clientele is diversified comprising corporate, MICE, and leisure guests. Events play a significant role and contribute to high occupancy rates and volumes, but we also value individual guests, who remain a significant portion of our business-, says Belstay Hotels cluster director of sales, Daniele Montemurro. – The average occupancy is already at 80%, and we have welcomed over 100,000 visitors since its opening. Looking ahead, we have already signed contracts for 2024, and we expect it to be an exciting year.”

“Of all our properties the Belstay Roma Aurelia has received the best response from the market, with consistently high occupancy rates. The demand from the MICE segment has exceeded expectations. Currently sales are surpassing expectations, and we are working on agreements for 2024,” said Roberto Di Tullio, managing director of Belstay Hotels. The Belstay Roma Aurelia is a 4-star with a swimming pool and green areas, strategically positioned between the city centre and Fiumicino Airport.
