A terrace showcasing regional specialties
Already recognized as an exclusive adults-only retreat, Sublimis extends its philosophy of relaxation to the new terrace: Sublu is thus set to become a new benchmark for hospitality on the Riviera. Open to hotel guests and the general public, it is designed to cater for different times of the day, from breakfast to a sunset aperitif, right through to dinner, thanks to a design that combines soft, relaxed lounge seating with stools and high-back chairs for a more informal and dynamic experience. The terrace will feature a food and beverage offering centred on local produce, with the aim of showcasing regional specialties and offering the general public a gourmet aperitif experience from 6 pm to 10.30 pm, while for hotel guests it will also be open for lunch and dinner, as well as breakfast. The terrace hassome 40 seats, creating an intimate, airy space that blends seamlessly with the landscape. The restyling project, coordinated and developed in close collaboration with BWH Hotels’ design department, stems from a desire to create an elegant and refined ambience.
