New openings in Friuli, Marche and Emilia-Romagna
With a wide range of accommodation spread over 300 acres, ranging from sea-view apartments to recently installed design lodges, Club del Sole’s new Friuli resort is the Tenuta Primero Resort. The group also has another two new entries for 2024: Le Mimose in Marche and Adriatico in Emilia-Romagna.
18-hole golf courses and water sports
Like every Club del Sole village, Tenuta Primero Resort offers a wide range of experiences, ranging from water, with surfing, sailing, snorkelling, diving and boat trips, to land with tennis, football and beach volleyball courts as well as 18-hole golf courses. There are also activities such as workshops and games designed to entertain younger guests while parents relax with a treatment in the resort's beauty farm.

Then there is the beach which stretches over 800 metres in length. Four-legged friends are welcome at Tenuta Primero: in fact, the resort provides a wide range of facilities and services designed for furry friends, including walking areas, Bau bags with everything needed for a canine holiday in the open air, and specific products are available in the markets as is a a grooming service and a dog trainer.
A 450-berth marina and Mediterranean cuisine
But the jewel in the crown of the Tenuta Primero Resort are its two golf club marinas. The course, designed to blend in with the lagoon landscape, has 18-holes, and workshops are organized for children who wish to try their hand at a new sport. The marina, with 450 berths, can accommodate boats of different sizes and has a yacht club. The central restaurant features pizzas and seafood and land specialties, and in the Al Casone restaurant in the yacht club the menu has a Mediterranean character with classic Italian dishes that are given an innovative twist. The property’s proximity to Grado offers the opportunity to explore the surrounding area which is known for its cultural appeal and natural beauty.
