New acquisitions in Rome, Venice and Florence for the Numa Group.
Numa has a new 28-key building in Rome
These new entries bring Numa’s Italian portfolio to 300 units. In the capital, Numa Verso is a 28-key building located at 12 Via Ippolito Nievo, in the Trastevere district and is designed for the modern traveller with its fully digitalised services.
Properties in downtown Venice and Florence
In Venice, the company took over a 20-unit historic hotel in the San Marco district at Calle Loredan 2353. The property offers views of the San Marcuola river and is scheduled to open in late spring or summer. Then there are three newly rented properties in Florence, thanks to an agreement with a single owner: Numa Felice is a historic ten-key building in Piazza San Felice. Numa Santo Spirito is a seven-unit building in Via dei Velluti 8 and has splendid frescoes. Numa Goldoni is a five-unit building located in Via del Moro 3, in the Santa Maria Novella area, a four-minute walk from Via Tornabuoni, Florence's fashion district. “We are actively seeking properties in cities such as Rome, Milan, Florence, Venice, Naples, Bologna, Verona and Turin,” explains Numa Group's Italy general manager, Umberto Ottaviani.
