Dimensione Sicilia’s says the growing demand for its Sicilian Secrets tour is moving towards a record high.
Dimensione Sicilia’s 2023 season ends on 11 November
“The 2023 edition of Sicilian Secrets, our regular departure tour, has just begun and it is already shaping up to be a record-breaking season,” says Julian Zappalà, general manager of Dimensione Sicilia. The operator has nine classic Sicily itineraries with varying durations and combinations, as well as travel extensions to the Aeolian and Egadi Islands, Malta, and other destinations in Southern Italy. With over 250 departures a year, on Saturdays from Catania and Tuesdays from Palermo, this year the season extends to nine months, ending on 11 November.
Visits to wine cellars, and a gulet cruise with chefs on board
Some dates are already sold out, and the popularity among Italian and international customers remains high, adds Zappalà:
“We have 4-star hotels in the historic centre, and visits to Sicily’s main towns, to a UNESCO heritage site and with an escort guide for the duration of the tour. There is an exclusive visit to the historic Florio cellars in Marsala, and to the famous Sabad chocolate shop in Modica, as well as tastings of typical products and much more. Another flagship product is the Gulet cruise to the Aeolian Islands with individual departures in cabin charter. This is available from 3 June to 23 September, and is an extraordinary travel experience with nights at anchor, chefs on board, and plenty of space to enjoy a relaxing and fun holiday.”
