Ryanair’s new Krakow-Perugia route already has a 90% occupancy

With over 350 passengers booked onto the inaugural flights, equal to an average occupancy of around 90%, Ryanair’s new Krakow-Perugia flight is one of the best debuts of the 17 the airline has inaugurated at the Umbrian airport.

“The inaugural flight data suggest the route will be a great success”

The new flights, operated with Boeing 737s, are scheduled on Mondays and Fridays, favouring both city breaks and longer stays. Umberto Solimeno, Director General SASE says:


“The flights from Krakow are useful both in terms of business and tourism, and will make an important contribution to the local economy in both cities. The data relating to the inaugural flights and the projections on bookings for the coming months suggest that the route will be a great success."

 

Six airlines operate 16 scheduled routes at Perugia’s airport

Perugia airport’s summer season, operational until 28 October, includes 16 scheduled routes, operated by six airlines with up to 98 weekly scheduled flights: from/to Barcelona (Ryanair), Brindisi (Ryanair), Brussels Charleroi (Ryanair), Bucharest (Ryanair), Cagliari (Ryanair), Catania (Ryanair), Krakow (Ryanair), London Heathrow (British Airways), London Stansted (Ryanair), Malta (Ryanair), Olbia (Aeroitalia), Palermo (Ryanair), Rotterdam (Transavia), Tirana (Wizz air), Tirana (Albawings) and Vienna (Ryanair).
