LVG Group strengthens its corporate structure through the acquisition of a stake by White Bridge Investments III. Specifically.
Five new hotels planed for northern Italy
White Bridge acquires a majority stake in the holding company LVG Group and its subsidiaries LVG Hotel Collection,VGHotel Consulting and Diamond Tech. The transaction also includes a capital increase of approximately €10 million to support the company in its development process. LVG Group's current roadmap includes the opening of five new hotels in northern Italy by September 2025, which will see the hiring of more than 100 new professionals in the hospitality sector.
Twelve directly managed properties throughout Italy
Management forecasts that turnover will exceed €20 million by the end of 2025.
