11 October 2026 – Sunday
Arrival in Bologna/Rimini and Welcome to Ravenna
Guests will arrive at Bologna or Rimini Airport before 4.00 pm and will be transferred to Ravenna, one of Italy’s most fascinating historic cities and a UNESCO World Heritage destination.
Upon arrival, guests will check in at their hotel, where accommodation will be provided in single-use rooms on a bed-and-breakfast basis.
The programme will officially begin with a Welcome Dinner, attended by institutional representatives and representatives of APT Servizi Emilia-Romagna, offering an opportunity to introduce the destination and the region while meeting the local tourism stakeholders.
Depending on the participants’ arrival times, a short introductory presentation of Emilia-Romagna and Ravenna, with particular attention to the services and opportunities available for the cruise sector, may take place before dinner.

12 October 2026 – Monday
Discovering Ravenna: UNESCO Heritage, Dante and Local Traditions
After breakfast, the day will be devoted to discovering Ravenna, accompanied by an English-speaking professional guide.
The experience will begin with Ravenna’s extraordinary UNESCO World Heritage Sites, exploring the monuments built between the 5th and 6th centuries AD and admiring their spectacular Byzantine mosaics. The itinerary will include the Mausoleum of Galla Placidia, the Neonian Baptistery, the Basilica of Sant’Apollinare Nuovo, the Arian Baptistery, the Archiepiscopal Chapel, the Mausoleum of Theodoric, the Basilica of San Vitale and the Basilica of Sant’Apollinare in Classe.
The journey through Ravenna will then continue in the footsteps of Dante Alighieri, following a walking itinerary through the historic centre and the so-called Zona del Silenzio.
The afternoon will offer a further insight into Ravenna’s cultural heritage with visits to the Byron Museum, the Museum of the Risorgimento at Palazzo Guiccioli, and Classis Ravenna – Museum of the City and the Territory, which tells the story of Ravenna and its surrounding area from ancient times to the present day.
Lunch will be an opportunity to experience the local culinary tradition with a tasting of typical products at the Covered Market of Ravenna.
The day will continue with a hands-on local experience. Participants will be divided into two groups and will have the opportunity to choose between a traditional mosaic workshop and a fresh pasta-making workshop, combining culture and local traditions with a fun and interactive experience.
Dinner and overnight stay in Ravenna.
The transfer from Ravenna’s historic centre to Classe will be operated by private coach.
13 October 2026 – Tuesday
B2B Workshop in Ravenna & Journey to Pesaro
After breakfast, guests will check out and take part in a B2B workshop in a historic venue in Ravenna, from 9.00 am to 1.00 pm.
The workshop will provide an informal opportunity to meet incoming operators and DMCs from Emilia-Romagna through one-to-one meetings. The format will feature buyers seated at their tables, while sellers will move freely between appointments, without a pre-arranged agenda, encouraging a dynamic and flexible exchange of ideas and business opportunities.
A buffet lunch will be served at the end of the workshop before departing for Pesaro, in the neighbouring Marche region.
Upon arrival, guests will check in at their hotel and have some free time to relax and explore the city independently.
At approximately 5.45 pm, the group will depart for Villa I Tramonti, where participants will discover this elegant venue perfect for private or business events..
Dinner will follow, before returning to the hotel in Pesaro for the overnight stay.
14 October 2026 – Wednesday
Pesaro: Hospitality, Culture and B2B Networking
After breakfast, the day will begin with a presentation by Lindbergh Hotels, followed by a hotel site inspection offering participants the opportunity to discover some of Pesaro’s accommodation facilities and better understand the local hospitality offer.
Lunch will be followed by some free time to explore Pesaro’s historic centre, discover its cultural heritage and enjoy the atmosphere of this elegant Adriatic seaside city.
At approximately 5.30 pm, the group will transfer to Cattolica, where the afternoon and evening will focus on business networking.
At the Hotel Nautico, participants will take part in a further series of B2B meetings with Italian incoming operators, providing additional opportunities to establish professional contacts and develop future business cooperation.
The day will conclude with a networking dinner, followed by the return transfer to Pesaro and overnight accommodation.
15 October 2026 – Thursday
Cesena, the Malatesta Heritage and Castello Benelli
After breakfast, the group will leave Pesaro and travel to Cesena, where participants will explore the historic centre and visit the renowned Malatestiana Library, one of Italy’s most important examples of Renaissance cultural heritage.
After lunch, some free time will be available to discover Cesena at leisure.
At approximately 5.00 pm, the group will continue to Castello Benelli. The visit to the historic castle will be followed by presentations focusing on the tourism destinations of Bernalda and Pisticci, introducing participants to the cultural, experiential and tourism opportunities offered by these destinations.
The day will end with dinner, followed by the return journey to Pesaro for the overnight stay.
16 October 2026 – Friday
Wellness, Nature and the Adriatic Coast
After breakfast, guests will check out and depart for Bagno di Romagna, a charming destination surrounded by the natural beauty of the Apennines.
The visit will include a discovery of the town followed by a relaxing thermal experience at one of the local spa facilities, offering participants the opportunity to experience one of the area’s key tourism products.
After lunch, the group will continue towards Gabicce Mare, on the Adriatic coast.
The afternoon will be dedicated to discovering the destination and learning more about its local tourism offer, before checking in at the hotel.
The day will conclude with dinner and the final overnight stay of the programme.
17 October 2026 – Saturday
Departure
After breakfast, guests will check out and transfer to the airport for their onward journey.
Departure may be arranged after 9.00 am from Rimini, Ancona, Forlì or Bologna Airport, according to individual flight schedules.

Arrival & departure information: Guests are expected to arrive at Bologna or Rimini Airport on 11 October before 4.00 pm. The return journey will take place on 17 October after 9.00 am, with departure possible from Rimini, Ancona, Forlì or Bologna Airport.
The programme is designed to combine destination discovery, cultural experiences, local gastronomy, hospitality inspections and B2B networking opportunities across Emilia-Romagna and the Marche region, with additional presentations of selected Italian destinations.
