Tuscany’s NH Collection Firenze Palazzo Gaddi in the heart of Florence has moved to 5-star status.

The upgrade in services at the NH Collection Firenze Palazzo Gaddi has resulted, among other things, in boosted staff numbers, the restoration of the historical architecture, and specialization in the restaurant.

There are 86 keys, multiple F&B outlets and MICE areas
Located just five minutes from Florence’s cathedral, the Medici Chapel and the Uffizi Gallery, NH Collection Firenze Palazzo Gaddi has 86 keys on six floors. Catering is provided by the Bizionaire group and takes the form of a lobby bar, the Steak Home Restaurant, the Winter Garden and the Rooftop Bar on the hotel terrace. For MICE, the hotel has five meeting rooms for up to 200 people, on a total area of 290 sqm.
