Directly overlooking the Leaning Tower
Vista Pisa is scheduled to open in 2029. it is a property of the Madonna family’s Sagabri, in collaboration with the Vista brand, and will be in the heart of Piazza dei Miracoli, inside the Palazzo dei Trovatelli, directly overlooking the Leaning Tower. The management of the hotel, through a long-term lease, will be entrusted to the Vista brand.
An antique building once an orphanage
Vista Pisa will occupy a palazzo dating back to 1315, custodian of seven centuries of Italian history and architecture, located in an extraordinary position with a direct view of Piazza del Duomo, and of the Leaning Tower. Once the Hospital of Peace and then the Hospice of the Trovatelli that took in the city's abandoned children, today it is preparing to be reborn as a place of welcome, beauty and memory. The building will undergo a major restoration and conversion, the work carried out in close cooperation with the municipal administration and the fine arts superintendence to give back to the city a gem that resonates with the history and identity of the place.

A gourmet restaurant, American bar and spa
With a total area of some 5,800 m2 and over 1,300 m2 of internal courtyards and gardens, the building will have around 40 rooms and suites overlooking the Leaning Tower, a gourmet restaurant inspired by contemporary Tuscan cuisine, an American bar, a spa, and spaces dedicated to art.
