Renovations on a midscale boutique hotel
Owners Dario and Gianluca Lupi, have just acquired a midscale hotel in the centre of Rome, close to the Vatican City. The plans are now to transform the asset into a boutique hotel, following a thorough renovation. The transaction is being handled by the hospitality team of WCG - World Capital Group. The value of the transaction has not been disclosed. The Giada Group currently manages two properties with another two in the pipeline (not counting the latest new entry), all located in the Rome area. The properties already in operation are the Hampton By Hilton Rome North and the Hotel Relax Roma Nord.
