It has been confirmed that the Regency brand is to debut in Rome next year.
The first Rome Regency will be close to the main train station
Located near the central Termini Station and a short walk from the Colosseum and the Monti district, the Hyatt Regency Roma Termini will be a contemporary hotel, ideal for both corporate and leisure travellers. The property, designed by architects Jeremy King and Riccardo Roselli in the early 2000s, boasts a rooftop with an outdoor pool and a bar and restaurant with a terrace. In addition to 238 rooms, the hotel has versatile meeting and event space, with large conference rooms that can be divided into several rooms, all with natural light, while indoor and outdoor foyers offer great flexibility for meetings and exhibitions. The Hyatt Regency Roma Termini will be managed by Garnet Hospitality Partners, while the property is owned by Investire SGR.
The Hyatt Group has opened six new hotels in Italy in five years
Hyatt has experienced significant brand growth in Italy in just five years. Aside from the Park Hyatt Milan, which opened in 2003, five new group hotels have been opened in Italy since 2019, quadrupling the number of rooms available. Currently, the Italian portfolio includes six properties in five cities: the Tornabuoni Hotel, Unbound Collection, in Florence, the 7Pines Resort Sardinia, Destination by Hyatt, in Baja Sardinia, The Tribune, JdV by Hyatt, in Rome, the Hyatt Centric Murano Venice in Murano, the Hyatt Centric Milano Centrale and the Park Hyatt Milan.

Targetting Naples, Turin, Bologna and Puglia
