The Cloud7 Hotel Rome, managed by lifestyle projects operator Kerten Hospitality is to open in Rome in 2024.

With its lifestyle brands, Cloud 7, The House Hotel and Ouspace, as well as various F&B brands Kerten Hospitality is present in 12 countries with over 50 real estate projects. More than a hotel the new roman property aims to be a social hub, an arts destination, and a community space, will have exhibition space for local talents and collaborate with the Academy of Fine Arts.
Fostering education and inspiration
As well as welcoming guests the Cloud7 Hotel Rome, on five floors in the heart of Rome's historic centre in the former Banca di Roma headquarters, between Via di Pietra and Via del Corso, a stone's throw from the Pantheon, the Trevi Fountain, and Piazza di Spagna, the hotel will be inclusive of the neighbourhood, serving as a community space in Rome's tourist centre, fostering education and inspiration.

Cloud7 Hotel Roma aims to bridge the growing gap between Romans and tourists, bringing them together in a shared appreciation for art, culture, and community. The hotel is committed to full sustainability, with a focus on environmental responsibility and the conservation of water and energy. Agnese Landolfo, the art curator of Cloud7 Hotel Rome explains “We are thrilled to present a new type of hotel in Rome, one that prioritises the community of residents as much as its own guests. A role for the Academy of Fine Arts
Theo Bortoluzzi, head of development Europe at Kerten Hospitality said the hope is that the Cloud7 Hotel can become “a place of social interaction for residents and an artistic centre for the community of Roman artists.
