Palazzo Utini, a historic building in the city centre, is to open in Noceto, in the province of Parma.
Celebrating Emilia’s proverbial hospitality
A modern inn with 15 rooms and suites and two restaurants, the aim is to celebrate Emilia’s proverbial hospitality with a contemporary spirit. The property is the result of the Utini family's wish to bring back to life a historical area with a glorious past devoted to a gastronomic culture of excellence.
Creating an elegant and contemporary space
With this new project Enrico Bartolini, a chef with thirteen Michelin stars, now counts ten restaurants in Italy. “The idea of opening Palazzo Utini dates back to about ten years ago when my family and I decided to renovate the building that once housed the Aquila Romana, a very famous restaurant,- says Alessandro Utini. -Interior designer Stefano Guidotti and his studio handled the entire renovation project with the idea of preserving its historic significance but also creating an elegant and contemporary space
“Creating a five-star oasis of taste and hospitality”
For the kitchen Bartolini called in Roberto Monopoli who, at the helm of the Parco di Villa Grey in Forte dei Marmi, garnered a Michelin star for two years, while Mattia Leoncini, takes over the role of general manager. "We want to create a five-star oasis of taste and hospitality of excellence in Noceto. My family and I are very happy to be able to announce the start of this ambitious project, to which in the coming months we will be adding more areas and services.”
