Amonti Chalets is the new luxury destination in South Tyrol, located in the Aurina Valley.
Family traditions and state-of-the-art facilities
Tradition is at the heart of this new project in the Valle di Selva dei Molini, whose name pays homage to the grain mills that once dotted the valley. From the Herbert Steger family, entrepreneurs in the hotel sector for over fifty years, and already well known in the valley for their prestigious Amonti & Lunaris resort, the Amonti Chalets can boast state-of-the-art buildings made in local oak wood in mountain hut style, made even more charming by their panoramic location behind a large forest.
There are 23 lofts, chalets and villas
There are 23 accommodation options available to guests, ranging from the romantic loft-style Amonti Suite to four types of chalets - Panorama, Forest, Mountain, Tree House - and the two-storey Pool and Premium Villas. The different options have been designed to meet the needs of couples or families, with spaces and comforts tailored to the number of guests, and all are equipped with a wellness oasis, a kitchen area and a terrace with a furnished solarium. The charming Spa House, which extends over three levels, offers a wide range of rejuvenating experiences.
A Spa House, indoor and outdoor pool
The indoor pool and outdoor panoramic pool are surrounded by the beauty of nature. Saunas, a Turkish bath and a wide range of treatments and massages using products from the QMS and Team Dr Joseph lines, all certified organic and sustainable natural cosmetics, provide further opportunities to relax and rejuvenate. The third and top floor is completely adults-only, while the other areas are also accessible to children, making the Spa House a place for the whole family.
Haute cuisine and also a Chef’s Table
The gastronomic offerings of chef Tina Marcelli in the Johanns Restaurant complete the experience. The haute cuisine restaurant has an à la carte menu featuring a selection of traditional local recipes and great Italian classics of Italian cuisine. There are also four exclusive tables in the private room or at the Chef's Table, offering two tasting menus of five and eight courses.
