This operation will consist of a complete renovation of the estate and property and is an investment of approximately €30 million. The works will begin by the end of 2022 and will be completed in 2025 and renovation will focus on the various farmhouses scattered throughout the estate and the abbey located in the centre of the property where the new hospitality project and services will be concentrated.

In the heart of the UNESCO Val d’Orcia valley

Equidistant from Rome and Florence, the Spineto Estate is in a wide valley of about 800 hectares, in the heart of the UNESCO heritage site Val d'Orcia, and the Val di Chiana. The original heart of the property dates back to the 11th century and includes a Benedictine abbey, once under the control of the Medici family, as well as a convent with an adjoining church.
