1 May 2026 marks the debut of the Cavallino Bianco Luxury Family Beach Resort in Caorle, near Venice, the first property in Italy to apply the "Family-only" concept to the luxury segment. Not just a hotel, but an ecosystem designed around the "It’s family time" philosophy, where luxury serves contemporary family dynamics and the quality of time spent together. Reserved exclusively for families with children, the resort transforms the holiday into a strategic asset, optimizing every space to balance the children’s fun with absolute relaxation for the parents. With this new seaside venture, the Cavallino Bianco Group aims to replicate the success of the Ortese model, offering an innovative product supported by cutting-edge technical features.

Family suites, a spa area and an adults-only infinity pool
An innovative product when you look at the resort’s details. High-end accommodation with 101 Family Suites (ranging from 46 to 118 square metres), all sea-facing, designed as functional "nests" with double or triple bathrooms and baby-friendly areas (with a fully equipped pantry, changing tables and separate rooms,) and the Lino Land hub on 750 sqm divided by age group (0–17 years). There is also a “segmented” wellness experience: over 4,000 sqm of spa facilities and a rooftop infinity sky pool reserved exclusively for adults, to ensure that “Two Time” (time for the couple), which is fundamental to modern well-being. And there is a 5-hectare private beach with cabanas on the dunes, for a luxury experience that respects privacy and blends seamlessly with the landscape.

Meals also follow this approach with buffets in the family restaurant, restaurants dedicated to children and refined à la carte dining at Marco Polo for adults only.
