Exponential growth on the US, German and UK markets
The ambitious investment plan for the property has already seen the implementation of a series of structural and design changes, as well as new services and experiences, including a new Kids Club and Adventure Park last year. These changes have enabled the property to grow exponentially in America and consolidate its position in the domestic, German and UK markets, especially in the golf segment
“I want to ensure that guests enjoy the full potential the estate has to offer"
Before managing the Castelfalfi team Roberto Protezione was GM of Belmond Castello di Casole for five years, and prior to his return to Italy he was in the Emirates, at the St. Regis Saadiyat Island and the Westin Golf Resort in Abu Dhabi.
“I am proud to be working alongside the professionals who are already working on fulfilling the vision that the property has for this magnificent estate in the heart of Tuscany. I am confident that my previous international experience will help to further raise the standards of service and hospitality, ensuring that guests enjoy the full potential the estate has to offer."
New and restyled signature suites and a new restaurant
Numerous innovations are also planned for the upcoming season, thanks to the collaboration with internationally renowned designers chosen to restyle the suites at the Castelfalfi Resort in Tuscany, create new signature suites and renovate the spa and the design of the hotel's new restaurant.
