“We are looking for new apartments in Rome, Milan and Florence”
"With the opening of two more new properties in Italy we are pursuing our expansion strategy. Italy is home to the largest number of Unesco heritage sites in the world and is a tourist magnet in Europe,” says Gabriel Coen, Numa Italia's director of real estate expansion. “It is one of our most important markets and our model, with our elegant boutique apartments, is perfectly suited to the domestic market. We are therefore looking for further properties in strategic locations in Rome, Milan and Florence from next year.”
