The new Grand Hotel Bristol in Rapallo recently reopened as a new 5-star lifestyle property affiliated with the Small Luxury Hotels of the World.
A luxury rooftop restaurant, a bistro and a gourmet pizzeria
The R Collection Grand Hotel Bristol now has 80 rooms, including 11 recently renovated suites. The Le Cupole restaurant is on the rooftop overlooking the Portofino coast, helmed by chef Graziano Duca, was awarded best luxury rooftop restaurant by the World Luxury Awards in 2022. The La Veranda bistro on the rooftop terrace is ideal for convivial lunches and dinners, with a menu of traditional Italian dishes as well as a fine selection of wines and cocktails. The new F&B outlet planned for this year is a gourmet pizzeria by the pool.
An exclusive private spa suite
The Erre Spa is one of the highlights of the Grand Hotel Bristol: a 2,000 sqm wellness centre awarded best luxury spa by the World Luxury Awards in 2022. And for those seeking greater privacy, the private spa suite is also available: an exclusive space within the wellness centre with a sauna, a Turkish bath, and a sensorial shower.
