Sirreti Residences, which will open two new properties in Venice and Tuscany, is boosting its development with the aim of expanding its portfolio through the addition of new high-profile properties.
A business model based on integrated asset management
The company, which operates as an exclusive booking agency and property management firm, currently manages prime residences in Rome and on Lake Garda, targeting an international ultra-high-net-worth clientele. The properties are offered through selected, non-public channels, leveraging a global network that includes family offices, luxury advisors and travel management operators. The business model is based on integrated asset management, which encompasses performance analysis, operational structuring and comprehensive management of the booking and stay cycle
Looking at destinations with strong international demand
The residences are offered with a fully staffed service, including dedicated personnel such as concierges, private chefs, sommeliers, butlers and housekeeping staff, with standards comparable to those of high-end hotels. As part of its expansion, Sirreti Residences confirms the development of two new properties currently undergoing renovation, one in Tuscany and one in Venice, which are expected to be launched on the market in the near future. At the same time, the company is evaluating further assets, particularly in destinations with strong international demand.
Growing demand from global HSP clients
The stated aim is to attract new owners and investors interested in enhancing the value of prestigious properties through a model focused on revenue maximization and professional management, in a segment that is seeing growing demand from global clients with high spending power. “The Italian market for high-end private hospitality offers significant growth prospects, supported by qualified international visitor flows and a growing preference for exclusive accommodation solutions,- says Wolf Wörster, CEO of Sirreti Residences. -In this context, expanding the portfolio represents a strategic lever to consolidate our positioning and scale up the operational model.”
