There is trekking in the Parco delle Dune Costiere, a protected natural area rich in biodiversity, close to Fasano and Ostuni and walking a route that passes golden beaches, olive groves, ancient farmhouses and with glimpses of the turquoise sea, as well as the opportunity to taste olive oil produced by local farmers and explore the area by e-bike at sunset. To experience authentic flavours and artisanal traditions there are two unmissable moments at a small family-run farm, where guests participate in a cheese-making workshop, discovering the secrets of Puglia’s organic cheese production and then enjoy a typical country lunch that includes local salami and capocollo.
